About me
As was probably obvious from the frontpage, my name is Jo. I'm 31 (a gemini if you're interested) and I live in Dundee, Scotland with my truly wonderful husband, David and our two cats, Fergus and Merlin. To earn some dosh, I work for the UK Government in an ultra-secret capacity. Okay, so not really but I do work for the UK Government, its not very exciting tho' so the less said about it the better.

Aside from LOTR and of course LOTR fanfiction, I love Star Trek (in all its formats including fan-made movies), Nine Inch Nails and too much other stuff to go into right now. At some point I'll maybe write some more about myself, but that's all yer getting for the moment. You can probably tell a lot about me by the webpages I visit, so I've put linkies to some of my favourites below.

Web Comics and Manga
I've also recently got into web comics and manga. I think most of these (if not all) are yaoi, so you can't say you haven't been warned.
I honestly can't say enough good things about Pandect. It's funny, it's sexy and it's very entertaining.
Similarly, Sublunary is wonderful. Unfortunately it appears to be on hiatus, indefinitely. Still go and read it tho'!
These two are by the same artist who is simply wonderful! I also love her stuff on y!Gallery.
Another excellent web comic (definitely not on hiatus!), this is by a friend of mine, Mou Hitori no Akari. Excellent artwork and intriguing story:

The first manga (and anime) I really got into was this: Gravitation. Such a fantastic story!
Fake is also brilliant, and totally worth checking out.
Another one I've started reading is Eerie Queerie.

Quite possibly one of the most stupid bands ever, Ooh Crikey It's...Lawnmower Deth (I've only really put this linkie here because they are so misunderstood and undervalued as contributors to the 1980's Great British metal scene.)
On the subject of music, recently saw Nine Inch Nails (Trent Reznor....swoon!!!) at Glasgow's Barrowlands. They were supported by Saul Williams - pretty damned cool!
